One Good Thing Week Seven

Welcome to week number seven in our One Good Thing Series. Each Friday, we will be choosing one good thing from the week prior to highlight.  While lots of good things can be found throughout the week, this is a place to spotlight one in particular. It might be something as simple as a great meal we had or a blog post that inspired us. It could be something awesome that that happened in our lives or in the world around us. It might be something related to our blog. Some will be from Gloria and some from Beverly.  They will all be short snippets of what made us stop and think "Well, that was a good thing!"

We would love to have anyone share their own One Good Thing.

From North of the Boulevard~Beverly

This week's One Good Thing for me is that plans have been set to have our grandson come and visit us over his spring break again this year. He's been doing this for the last several years, but I was a little concerned that he might have reached an age -almost 11- at which he would decide that spending his spring break at Nana's house isn't his most fun option. But, I'm happy to hear that he brought it up to his Dad, asking if could come over for that week. It probably helps that he loves the beach and we're only a short drive away from the coast! Regardless, I'm happy that he'll be spending time with us in just a few weeks.

That's my One Good Thing for the week. What's yours? We would love to have you comment and share your One Good Thing from the week. Feel free to add a link to something awesome if you would like.

Have a greet week ahead!

Yay! I'm so happy that your Grandson will be coming for a visit soon. That is so wonderful! Can't wait to hear more about the visit! Seems to me that any boy (no matter the age) wouldn't mind spending spring break on a beach! lol

My one good thing comes from my youngest son. He is so excited to be selected as one of the flute players in an upcoming special performance. I'm so happy for him! I smile every time he practices - even though he is playing the same set over and over to polish it up. I could do without the complaints from the older brother, who is constantly asking why they have not provided the band members with electronic instruments so that they could practice with headphones! Siblings.

Hope you have a great week! Hope Gloria is doing well too.

It will be a fun, busy week!

Congratulations to your son! That's great. Ha! It can be challenging to keep siblings happy!

Gloria has been crazy busy lately. I told her the other day that the blog was stuck on the north side of the boulevard!

Hope your weekend is a fun one.
